Where is the size chart?

A size chart is provided on every product page under "See Size Chart". All of our custom print of demand items have a size guide for all the different style options.

 

    How long does it take for an order to arrive?

    • This depends on the product ordered. Most of our t-shirts and apparel products are printed on demand. It typically takes about 10-14 days to get your shirt printed, shipped, and delivered. All shirts ship from our US print facility and travel via UPS or USPS to your address, tracking numbers available.

    • For non-apparel items, delivery can vary and take 2-3 weeks. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the US. These items ship via USPS and all have tracking numbers.

    • If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.

     

    I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

    • Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

     

    I want to expedite my shipping?

    • We do have an option to expedite shipping for your order. This will only be applicable to your custom print on demand items shipped from our US facility. You will have the option to select this shipping method at checkout.

    • Please note that expedited shipping does not expedite the manufacturing process, as all most of our apparel items are custom printed on demand.

    • If for some reason this option is chosen and we're unable to expedite your order then we will refund you the difference between standard shipping and the cost to expedite your order.

    Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world!  If you run into an issue during checkout, just email us and we'll add your country for you.

     

    How long does your standard shipping take to deliver my order?

    Shipping within the USA generally takes 2-5 business days. It typically takes about 10-14 days to get your shirt printed, shipped, and delivered. All shirts ship from our US print facility and travel via UPS or USPS to your address, tracking numbers available. We also offer expedited shipping options, within the USA. 

    For international orders:

    • Canada: shipping takes 2 weeks.
    • UK: shipping takes 2 weeks.
    • Australia: shipping takes 2 weeks.

     

    How long does it take to ship-out my order?

    Since most of our items are custom printed, orders will be sent out within 5 business days.

     

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, ApplePay, Paypal and PayPal Express.

     

    What shipping method do you use to ship my order?

    We ship all orders with UPS and USPS, depending on location. Our 3rd party partners also use varies international shipping methods, and will always include tracking information.

     

    Where can I find your return or refund policy?
    All products can be returned/refunded within 2 weeks as long as they are unused, unwashed and in perfect condition.  More information can be found here: In Footer of the home page.

    Where will my order ship-out from?
    We are located in Detroit, Michigan and we ship from there as well as from our 3rd party partners across the USA and around the globe.

     

    Where can I find my order confirmation?
    Your order confirmation is emailed to you, and you will receive Facebook Messenger notifications if you've selected this option.  If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder for our email or email us directly at support@fisez.com.


    Can I use more than one discount code for my order?
    Our system only allows one code to be processed per order. 

     

    Can holiday themed or seasonal apparel items be exchanged or returned?
    These types of apparel items cannot be returned or exchanged. The same applies to custom orders.
