EXCHANGES
PLEASE SEE OUR EXCHANGES TERMS BELOW:
- Apparel items can be exchanged for an alternative size within 2 weeks of when your order was shipped out.
- Exchanges for different colors, styles or designs are not permitted.
- Items without defects are NOT subject to a refund. **If you are un-happy with the quality of your item then we will review your request on a per-customer basis.
- You may exchange items of equal or lesser value, and pay the difference for items that exceed the original purchase price.
- Because we print all of our orders on demand, there is a $5.00 per item charge for exchanges.
- Customer pays to ship exchange(s) to i Heart Fitness Co., and we will cover the cost to ship new exchanged item(s) back to customer.
- To schedule an exchange, please email i Heart Fitness Co. and we will provide you with shipping instructions.
- Please include a note in the package stating their order number, their email address, and the size(s) that they would like.

RETURNS
- Apparel can be returned for any reason within 2 weeks of when your order was delivered. Non-apparel items, such as jewellery cannot be returned.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in perfect condition.
- There is a 20% restocking fee for all items, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for shipping the items back to i Heart Fitness Co.
- Customer must include a note in the package stating the order number, their email address, and that they would like a refund.
- It is important you contact our support desk at support@fisez.com to confirm where to return your item, because currently work with a number different 3rd party suppliers and the number may increase in the future.

60 DAYS QUALITY GUARANTEE
Returns of Defective Products
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only provide a full refund in the case of defective items, because these are custom print on demand products.
In most cases we will replace your order if there is a problem. The only case where a refund will be considered is in the case of defective item.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
It is important you contact our support desk at support@fisez.com to confirm where to return your item, because currently work with a number different 3rd party suppliers and the number may increase in the future.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Cancelling orders
Since nearly all our products are custom made and printed on demand, we are unable to accept cancellation requests after one-hour of placing your order.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Since nearly all our products are custom made and printed on demand, please notify us immediately if you need to change the size, color or style of your item. We are unable to guarantee changes to order if we are not contacted within one-hour of placing your order.
